What is Champagne Salon?
The house follows a precise idea: one grape, one cru, one harvest—without reserve wines. Grapes are sourced from Grand Cru vineyards, emphasizing purity of place and a clear expression of a single year. Winemaking is deliberately restrained. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine skips malolactic fermentation to preserve bright acidity and structure. Each release then rests in the cellar for about a decade before it is offered, allowing depth and finesse to develop naturally. Often referred to simply as the Salon cuvée, the result is a Champagne defined by clarity, longevity, and an unwavering commitment to its founding principles.
